REFUND POLICY

The tickets purchased are only valid for the film and showtime specified at the theatre specified. Tickets purchased online will not be refunded but can be exchanged at the theatre on the day of the show ONLY.

The linked sites are not under the control of the Vermillion Cultural Association d/b/a Vermillion Theaters, and we are not responsible for their contents or any other consequences that may arise from use. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALTERNATIVES

The Vermillion Cultural Association and Vermillion Theaters offers access to its information online that you might otherwise request in person. Our goal is to provide guests with a more convenient and efficient means in which to interact with us.
